Rimrock Energy Partners, LLC formed in 2015 out of Rimrock Midstream, LLC as a strategic growth-oriented company focused on the acquisition, development and management of midstream energy assets across multiple commodities (crude oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids). Rimrock’s predecessor, Rimrock Midstream, was a crude oil focused company engaged in the business of transporting, storing and blending in Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas and Wyoming, and developed the Grand Mesa Pipeline and the Platte River Gathering System. In addition to developing multiple greenfield projects, Rimrock Midstream successfully owned and operated the El Dorado Crude Oil Storage Facility, the Platte River Gathering System and Lost River Transport, a crude oil trucking company.
